Membership and billing
Membership provides digital access to platform features and media made available by the operator. Billing, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and account support must be finalized before live checkout is enabled.
Content access
Member-only media is gated by active entitlement status and may be delivered through expiring signed links. Users may not copy, redistribute, scrape, or bypass access controls.
Takedowns and support
Production terms should include account support, prohibited use, takedown/DMCA procedures, privacy commitments, and jurisdiction-specific terms.
