Record handling
Final custodian, exemption, record-location, and applicability language requires qualified legal review before launch. Sensitive records should not be placed in public client code or public storage buckets.

The application uses owner verification, do-not-publish flags, workflow state, membership gates, private media storage, and audit logging to reduce accidental exposure.
